At Onde Sonore, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Return Period
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date the customer receives the item. Any request made after this period may not be accepted.
All return requests must be communicated in advance and approved by Onde Sonore before shipping the item back.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must:

Include all original accessories, manuals, and components, exactly as they were shipped
Items that are incomplete, damaged, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service. Onde Sonore is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the date the returned item is received by Onde Sonore and approved.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, special-order items, or products explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.
Condition of Goods
Products showing signs of misuse, improper handling, modification, or missing accessories will not be accepted for return or refund.
