We do not dispatch or ship any equipment until payment has been fully cleared.
Onde Sonore reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is incomplete, unverified, or not received.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide using fully insured services only, via DHL, FedEx, or other trusted courier companies.

Dispatch time: 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
National deliveries (Italy): 2–3 working days
International deliveries: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Any request for returns, cancellations, or exchanges must be communicated in advance and approved by Onde Sonore. Custom orders or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

7. Warranty

All units sold by Onde Sonore come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and applies in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
